Your appointment time is reserved just for you, and if you should need to change or cancel your scheduled appointment, you must send us a note with the required advance notice: Classes and massage require a 48-hour notice. Workshops and other events require a 7-day notice. Cancellations less than the indicated time before the corresponding activity starts are not eligible for refunds.
